- Consultation Examples We would like to develop a pretreatment device for clinical laboratory tests that can automatically dispense samples between various forms of containers, such as sampling of specimens from blood collection tubes to microplates.

The dispensing operation between containers of different formats, such as the dispensing of samples from a blood collection tube in a 50 bottle rack to a 96-well plate, can be performed with a 1-channel dispensing head, but multi-channel variable pitch dispensing heads such as 4-ch and 8-ch heads can be used to efficiently sample multiple specimens.
Each nozzle of the head of these models can move up and down independently, so, for example, it is possible to aspirate a reagent from 1 reagent bottle to all 8-ch nozzles and simultaneously dispense it into 8 wells of a 96 well plate.

The multi-channel dispensing head series, which allow simultaneous dispensing to all wells of 96/384/1536-well plates, are used on our major products and are also available in the development of OEM products.

Two types of container transfer systems are available: the stacker type, in which each rack is quickly moved to a predetermined position, and the gripper type, in which the robot hands grasp a container and move it.
The stacker type is suitable for transferring containers of the same type to a predetermined position at high speed, whereas the gripper type is suitable for transferring containers of different types to arbitrary locations.

For OEM products, you are responsible for the primary maintenance of the products provided to end users, but if it is difficult for you to solve a problem on your own, our company will provide support.
We will accompany you to the end user’s site to make repairs if necessary.
