• Consultation Examples We would like to develop a pretreatment device for clinical laboratory tests that can automatically dispense samples between various forms of containers, such as sampling of specimens from blood collection tubes to microplates.

  The dispensing operation between containers of different formats, such as the dispensing of samples from a blood collection tube in a 50 bottle rack to a 96-well plate, can be performed with a 1-channel dispensing head, but multi-channel variable pitch dispensing heads such as 4-ch and 8-ch heads can be used to efficiently sample multiple specimens.
  Each nozzle of the head of these models can move up and down independently, so, for example, it is possible to aspirate a reagent from 1 reagent bottle to all 8-ch nozzles and simultaneously dispense it into 8 wells of a 96 well plate.
  Under an OEM partnership with our company, we provide variable pitch dispensers with a number of channels and dispensing capacities to meet your required specifications.

  

  

  

  

• Consultation Examples We would like to consult with you about the development of a pipetting system with high-speed processing capacity that can handle microplates (96/384/1536-well) as an automated HTS system for drug discovery.

  The multi-channel dispensing head series, which allow simultaneous dispensing to all wells of 96/384/1536-well plates, are used on our major products and are also available in the development of OEM products.
  We have techniques and know-how for enabling dispensing to microplates, such as 0.1 μl dispensing using disposable tips, simultaneous dispensing to 1536 plates and a double-range dispensing head capable of handling two different types of disposable tips, and will adopt them to OEM products to meet your required specifications.

  According to your request, we will design, develop and provide a dispensing unit that can be incorporated in the measurement equipment.
  There are also cases where our company supplies the main unit of the equipment including the dispensing unit as requested, and the customer builds the measuring unit in the main unit to complete the measuring device with the dispensing function.

• Consultation Examples We would like to equip a pipetting system with container transfer function as an option.

  Two types of container transfer systems are available: the stacker type, in which each rack is quickly moved to a predetermined position, and the gripper type, in which the robot hands grasp a container and move it.
  The stacker type is suitable for transferring containers of the same type to a predetermined position at high speed, whereas the gripper type is suitable for transferring containers of different types to arbitrary locations.
  It is also possible to make a transfer unit that combines both of the two types.

  For OEM products, you are responsible for the primary maintenance of the products provided to end users, but if it is difficult for you to solve a problem on your own, our company will provide support.
