Maintenance Service Information
Biotec offers a maintenance service that includes regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that products are always in good condition.
There are two maintenance service courses to choose from depending on how often you use the product and your budget.
- Comprehensive Maintenance Plan
- This is the course with the most comprehensive warranty.
In addition to regular inspections once a year, parts and consumables replacement, and troubleshooting are all included in the maintenance service fee.
- Basic Maintenance Plan
- This plan includes regular inspections once a year and troubleshooting.
Replacement of parts and consumables will incur additional costs.
- Spot inspection (not included in the plan)

Prevention of breakdowns
Regular inspections and diagnoses by specialized technicians will not overlook even the slightest changes in the condition of the equipment.
Troubles such as lost opportunities due to equipment breakdowns can also be avoided.

Periodic inspections and maintenance and appropriate preventive maintenance will prevent sudden malfunctions, prevent deterioration of the equipment’s performance, and slow the rate of deterioration of the entire equipment.

Contents | Periodic inspection of the main unit of the equipment is carried out once a year. Maintenance and part replacement are carried out depending on the condition of the equipment. Replacements for the main unit of the equipment and cylinders can be rented (old models are available upon request). Standard working hours are 9:00-17:00 on weekdays (outside of working hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, maintenance can be handled for a fee). ① Comprehensive maintenance plan ・Maintenance inspection once a year. ・Sudden breakdowns can be handled at no additional cost.(All free of charge) ・Necessary repairs are carried out smoothly. ② Basic maintenance plan ・Maintenance inspection once a year. ・In the event of a breakdown, repair labor, business trips, and transportation costs are free of charge.(Parts are charged) ・Necessary repairs are carried out smoothly. ③ Spot inspection (response as needed) ・Inspection and repair requests can be made at the necessary time. ・Can be used without subscribing to a continuous plan. ・Minimum maintenance possible while keeping costs down. ・In the event of a breakdown, an additional fee will be charged. Even if the maintenance plan is still in effect, the following items will not be covered under the warranty and will be dealt with at a cost.
